Elevate Multi Academy Trust will be held on Tuesday 16^th December 2025 at 5.00pm

at Alanbrooke Academy, Alanbrooke Barracks, Topcliffe,

Thirsk, North Yorkshire YO7 3SF

For the following purpose:

1. Welcome and Opening Remarks 
2. Apologies 
3. Minutes of the AGM held on 17^th December 2024 
4. To receive a copy of Elevate's annual accounts for the financial year ended 31 August 2025, together with the Trustees' report and auditor's report on those accounts 
5. To confirm appointment of the external Auditors of the Company 
6. CEO Report
7. Diocese: Church Academy Reports to Members
8.  If you would like the Members to respond to any questions at the AGM, please submit these in writing by 12 noon Monday 8^th December 2025 to Dianne Mousley, Company Secretary, via email mousley@elevatemat.org or post to the registered address below.
