North Star Alliance
North Star Alliance is a collaboration of primary schools in North Yorkshire led by Elevate Multi Academy Trust and working with Red Kite Teaching School Hub.
North Star Alliance offers members access to different levels of CPLD and support, Subject Leader Networks, Heads Meetings, Coaching Support and School Improvement.

As a North star member you will have access to the following:
Headteacher Breakfast Meetings (half termly):
Opportunities to network and share best practice with headteachers across the alliance. Access to national updates and perspectives.
Subject Leader Development/Networks:
One afternoon per term each for English, Maths and EYFS leads via an online platform to share practice, hear input from SLEs and network with colleagues via directed discussions and gap tasks
Opportunities to join Learning Development Groups (LDGs):
Teachers and leaders will have opportunities to join LDGson subject leadership, including foundation subjects, pedagogical approaches and/or year group expectations
Peer Reviews:
Opportunities to benefit from peer reviews with colleagues in the alliance. Peer reviews are mutually beneficial and can have a significant impact on school improvement. A clear structure will be developed including consultation with headteachers.
